LATE PAYMENT POLICY
- All payments are due on the 10th day of each month. If rent is not received five (5) days after the due date, a late fee of $15.00 shall be applied as well as $1.00 a day thereafter unit full payment is received. The mailing address for payments is: 180 Falcon Crest Dr, Lebanon, KY 40033
- A lien is retained on all personal property stored in AMOS Storage. Property can be seized and sold to the public at auction to cover missed payments, late charges, and any other expenses to the unit.
